Key Responsibilities –
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding –

  • Source, screen and acquire talent appropriate for open positions
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline and an active database of candidates to meet the hiring targets of the organization within TAT
  • Develop new recruitment partners and maintain regular interaction with the current partners, utilizing social media and other networks to identify and source industry relevant partners.
  • Responsible to maintain candidate database, ensure all information relevant to the candidate is up to date (resume, skills, assessment scores etc) and is documented and available for all stages of recruitment
  • Support the onboarding process ensuing all candidate documents are in place as part of the onboarding checklist
  • As the first point of contact in the recruitment process, be a strong representative of the organization’s culture and ethics

HR Operations

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees w.r.t organizational policies & compliance
  • Share daily and weekly Biometric Attendance, ensuring data is maintained correctly and up to date
  • Maintain employee database and relevant documentation from Onboarding to Exit, supporting the Employee Verification Process
  • Support the Admin team in office maintenance, staff requests, vendor management for housekeeping and other services

Employee engagement

  • Engage actively with employees across all functions, supporting the organization in strengthening its people agenda
  • Support the Senior HR manager in developing and publishing staff engagement calendars monthly
  • Organize group activities weekly/ monthly/ quarterly

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 – 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3yrs in Talent Acquisition. Industry specific experience will be an added advantage
