Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Role: You will lead several account teams, and report to
the Branch Head. The role will require travel within the city to meet customers.
Your performance will be measured and monitored based on new customer additions and sales
volumes as well as leadership and team skills. Consistently strong performances will result in promotion to Branch Head.
You will be responsible for

Consistently achieving team targets |

Managing and mentoring team members |

Recruiting, training and inducting new team members |

Developing deep product knowledge |
 |
Identifying and initiating discussions with new client organisations |
 |
Maintaining and increasing PeakAlpha's profile at existing client organizations |

Conducting help desks and making presentations at PeakAlpha workshops |
 |
Resolving client issues and complaints |
Skills: You are expected to possess and demonstrate
 |
Expertise across various financial products and PeakAlpha's tools and methodologies |
 |
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers |

Deep sense of integrity and ethical behaviour |

High levels of energy, initiative and motivation |

Ability to engage effectively with senior executives |
 |
Strong and proven leadership and team management skills |
 |
Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills |

Excellent command over written and spoken English |
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant post-MBA experience, which includes leadership and team management roles
Qualifications: Graduate degree in engineering, economics, commerce, with an MBA or CA. AMFI certification.
