Relationship Officer
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Role: You will be part of an account team, and report to a Relationship Manager or
Senior Relationship Manager. The role will require travel within the city to meet customers.
Your performance will be measured and monitored based on new customer additions and sales
volumes as well as product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Consistently strong
performances will result in promotion to Relationship Manager.
You will be responsible for

identifying potential customers, directly or through referrals |

Introducing customers to the range of services that PeakAlpha offers |
 |
Assessing customer requirements accurately |
 |
Developing unique solutions to address customer needs |
 |
Implementing these solutions |
 |
Monitoring the effectiveness of these solutions over time |
 |
Introducing new products and services to your customers as appropriate |
Skills: You are expected to possess and demonstrate
 |
Good knowledge across various financial products |
 |
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers |
 |
Deep sense of integrity and ethical behaviour |
 |
High energy levels |
 |
Strong communication and persuasion skills |
 |
Excellent command over written and spoken English |
 |
Ability to handle other responsibilities as required by the company |
Experience: This position is aimed at freshers with an MBA degree. However
graduates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Qualifications: MBA or CA.
