If you have the passion to guide, advise and help your clients achieve their life goals, this is the job for you! You must have a strong entrepreneurial drive and a willingness to try new ideas and embrace new challenges. Your primary responsibilities include new client acquisition and existing client engagement. You will also represent the organization in public and corporate sponsored events. You must have terrific analytical skills and above average communication skills. A minimum of four years’ experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Customer satisfaction sits at the heart and centre of this role. Your primary role is to make our customers’ experience with PeakAlpha a delightful one. You will schedule client reviews and ensure all execution of recommendations are done in a timely manner. To improve customer service experience, you will engage with customers and facilitate organic growth. You must have good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong orientation towards a high level of customer service.
If you are process oriented, have high attention to detail, and enjoy managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, you would be at home in this role. You will scrutinize, scan, enter data, dispatch all applications for mutual funds, insurance and other transactions every day within deadlines. You will also handle customer queries, maintain databases and image repositories and reconcile all processed transactions daily. Your key focus will be to maintain 100% accuracy and system adherence by monitoring and tracking the various TATs and SLAs while interacting with customers.
You have the key responsibility of making PeakAlpha’s presence felt across the country. Your job will entail generating articles in the print media, and developing and disseminating educational videos on personal finance. You will set up and publish a periodic newsletter for customers and interested prospects. You will develop and manage website content, enhance our social media presence, and build and spearhead various customer engagement initiatives. You will drive PeakAlpha’s lead generation activity through advertising, investor awareness programs and corporate workshops.
