Relationship Manager

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Role: You will lead an account team, and report to a Senior Relationship Manager or Branch Head. The role will require travel within the city to meet customers. Your performance will be measured and monitored based on individual and team performance in new customer additions and sales volumes as well as product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Consistently strong performances will result in promotion to Senior Relationship Manager.

You will be responsible for

Developing a strong presence for PeakAlpha at our client organizations
Managing, motivating and mentoring Relationship Officers
Identifying potential customers, directly or through referrals
Introducing customers to the range of services that PeakAlpha offers
Assessing customer requirements accurately
Developing unique solutions to address customer needs
Implementing these solutions
Monitoring the effectiveness of these solutions over time
Introducing new products and services to their customers as appropriate

Skills: You are expected to possess and demonstrate

Leadership, motivation and team management skills
Excellent knowledge across various financial products, with particular expertise in at least one area
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers
Deep sense of integrity and ethical behaviour
High energy levels
Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
Excellent command over written and spoken English

Experience: MBA with 1-2 years of relevant financial services experience. Graduates with 3 years or more of relevant experience will also be considered.

Qualifications:
MBA or CA. Graduates with relevant experience may also apply. AMFI certification.
