Branch Head

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Role: You are the company's representative to all stakeholders. The role will require travel within the city to meet customers, and occasionally to other cities as per the company requirements. Consistent strong performance, leadership and "brand ambassador" qualities will lead to greater responsibilities within the organization.

You will be responsible for

Consistently achieving branch targets
Ensuring smooth functioning of the branch
Attracting, managing, training and retaining talent
Identifying, initiating contacts and acquiring new client organizations
Organizing activities and workshops at client organizations
Conducting financial plans for customers, preparing reports and ensuring follow-ups
Initiating and managing relationships with our suppliers
Ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
Elevating PeakAlpha's visibility and profile among potential customers
Skills: You are expected to possess and demonstrate
Outstanding management and leadership skills
Strong entrepreneurial flair and keen eye for new opportunities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
Deep sense of integrity and ethical behaviour
High levels of energy, initiative and motivation
Strong and proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills
Excellent command over written and spoken English
Experience: 6-8 years of overall work experience, with proven track record of handling significant leadership and management responsibilities.

Qualifications: MBA or CA. AMFI Certification. Advanced professional qualifications such as CFP would be desirable but not essential.
